The seminar will explore daily routines couples can enjoy using diet, herbs, gemstones, yoga and breathing. These dynamic practices will not only reduce stress, but also contribute to improved physical, mental and spiritual health and harmony.

This seminar is being offered for a suggested donation of $30. Proceeds will provide Ayurvedic books for the AUCM Libarary.
