  Description: This course critically examines the major multivariate statistical techniques used in complementary and alternative medical research, enabling students to design and execute the analysis of data and interpret the results. Emphasis will be placed upon correctly interpreting computer print-outs using SPSS. Statistical procedures covered include multiple correlation and regression, partial and semi-partial correlation, regression analogues of analysis of variance and analysis of covariance, discriminant function analysis, and multivariate analysis of variance.
